How will we meet?

Our conversations will be over video on a secure application called Doxy.me, which is similar to Zoom or FaceTime. It’s free and easy to use on phones, tablets and computers. Alternatively, if you prefer to just talk on the phone, I am open to that too. Below you can read about the privacy and confidentiality of working together online.

What are your hours?

I am available Tuesday through Thursday 11 am – 5 pm Eastern Standard Time zone.

What are your coaching fees?

Your investment is made via monthly payments using Stripe (linkable to credit cards): Embark Program – $550/month for 3 months; Evolve Program – $500/month for 6 months; Embody Program – $450/month for 9 months. All in CAD. No added taxes.

Receipts can be tailored for:

  • Clients who have benefits for treatment by a Registered Psychologist in Ontario

  • Business owners

  • Professionals in development

  • Government and private sector sponsorship (inquire about corporate rates)

What if I miss or cancel an appointment?

I ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule one of your bi-monthly coaching appointments.

Are our conversations confidential?

As a Registered Psychologist, even when I am coaching, my involvement with you is a completely confidential matter and will not be revealed to anyone (including family members, physicians, etc.) without your permission. The content of our sessions is also totally confidential, with the following exceptions: your file is subpoenaed, imminent plans to harm yourself or others, abuse/neglect of children or elderly/dependent adults, and misconduct of a health professional (e.g., inappropriate touch by a doctor or massage therapist). These exceptions require me to take steps as necessary for the protection of people. If you have any questions about confidentiality, please be sure to address them with me.

Additionally, with coaching, if your employer or organization has contracted with me to coach you, you can choose to agree to some communication between me and him or her, but the limits will be transparent from the beginning.
