Our conversations will be over video on a secure application called Doxy.me, which is similar to Zoom or FaceTime. It's free and easy to use on phones, tablets and computers. Alternatively, if you prefer to just talk on the phone, I am open to that too, as well as Teams or other video-conferencing platforms.

I am available several weekday mornings 8-10 am, and select afternoon/evenings 4-7 or 8 pm. I may be able to accommodate lunch time meetings upon request. I am in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Your investment is made via payments using Stripe (linkable to a credit card), Google Pay, PayPal or e-transfer, with a base private fee of $230 CAD/hour.  I work with clients for a minimum of three months to allow for development and consolidation of new mindsets, skills and habits.  For example, a three month program will cost $1380, in 6 increments of $230. Extensions for a longer program are available, as are booster sessions. Corporate rates are commensurate with market rates for professional coaching. 

Receipts under my license as a Registered Psychologist for individual treatment are provided. This is legitimate as my college considers coaching a treatment modality. I am licensed to provide services in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. 

I can also tailor receipts to suit:

• Government and private sector sponsorship (inquire about corporate rates)

Barring exceptional circumstances, I ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule one of your bi-monthly coaching appointments. Otherwise, the session will be billed as normal. 

As a Registered Psychologist, my involvement with you as a coach is a completely confidential matter and will not be revealed to anyone without your permission, unless there is risk of harm to yourself or another person, a health professional has committed misconduct, or I am supoenaed.

Additionally, if your employer or organization has contracted with me to coach you, you can choose to agree to some communication between me and them, but the limits will be transparent from the beginning. My strong preference is three-way meetings.
