How will we meet?
Our conversations will be over video on a secure application called Doxy.me, which is similar to Zoom or FaceTime. It’s free and easy to use on phones, tablets and computers. Alternatively, if you prefer to just talk on the phone, I am open to that too, as well as Teams or other video-conferencing platforms.
What are your hours?
I am available most weekday mornings 8-10 am, and afternoons 4-6 pm. I can also accommodate lunch time meetings upon request. I am in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
What are your coaching fees?
Your investment is made via monthly payments using Stripe (linkable to credit cards), with a base private fee of $225 CAD/hour. I work with clients for three to six months to allow for development and consolidation of new mindsets, skills and habits.

What if I miss or cancel an appointment?
Barring exceptional circumstances, I ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule one of your bi-monthly coaching appointments.
Are our conversations confidential?
As a Professional Coach, my involvement with you is a completely confidential matter and will not be revealed to anyone without your permission, unless there is risk of harm to yourself or another person.
Additionally, if your employer or organization has contracted with me to coach you, you can choose to agree to some communication between me and him or her, but the limits will be transparent from the beginning. My strong preference is three-way meetings.
